Hien-Vuong Restaurant: Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine in Worcester, MA

This place has some of the best pho soup in the city. The broth always has such great flavor, that you almost don't want or need to add the usual herbs. My daughter and I split a medium and there was still leftovers. It was the perfect lunch to have on a cold slushy New England day.

I'm a native New Yorker, but every time I visit Boston, I make it a point to stop by this incredible pho shop. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, with a depth of flavor that's clearly derived from the use of high-quality herbs. The ingredients are remarkably fresh, and they use fresh noodles, which makes all the difference. The way the noodles absorb the broth is pure magic. We were a group of four, and we were so blown away by the pho that we ended up ordering a total of six bowls! It's a testament to the shop's consistency and quality that we couldn't get enough. I also appreciate the shop's very straightforward menu, which wisely focuses on pho and doesn't try to be everything to everyone. And if you're a coffee lover like me, be sure to try their Vietnamese ice coffee - but be warned, it's SUPER strong! You might want to avoid it if you're planning on sleeping anytime soon.

Very friendly staff, great Pho with plenty of options. Restaurants is clean and reasonably priced. Just a small, family vibe establishment. Plenty of city street parking in the area, will cost roughly $3-$5. If you have a chance, check this place out.

This is small and cozy spot specializing in noodle soups. It was our first time here and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Food: ordered #4 and #11, pho came out quickly and piping hot. Bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime wedges and jalapeño slices were fresh and clean. Soup was perfect, not too salty and has that beloved beef pho flavour. Their raw sliced beef is thinner and in smaller chunks than other places, but is softer in texture when cooked by the soup. The medium size is an excellent portion for the average hungry customer. Service: two very sweet and quiet waitresses helped us with our order, drinks, etc. They were very gentle and efficient with their service. Environment: given the current situation, I wish their spoons and chopsticks were not self-serve on the tables. Napkins were brought out to us, which was nice, but it would have been great to have hand sanitizer more readily available for the guests. I did see the waitresses wipe down the table after another group left. A super small mom&pop type shop, overall felt cozy and clean.

Food here is absolute delicious, the Phở is authentic, the flavor is rich just like the traditional way. The drinks were just as impressive! From the refreshing Vietnamese iced coffee to the house-made specialty teas and fruit drinks, everything I had was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Warm service and unbeatable taste. This is my top one spot whenever I crave real pho. Highly recommend!

Hein Vuong only severs pho and it has THE BEST broth out of all the Vietnamese spots in Worcester. I get the Tai Nam every time. I want to try other ones but I just love it so so so much. I usually get extra noodles and extra meat. It truly warms my soul and when I’m sick I always say a bowl of tai nam from here with heal me. It’s a family run business and it seems the younger ones in the family work as the front of house so don’t come in here expecting full service but they are very sweet and do a great job and none of it matters because this pho is so so so so good. 10/10

absolutely everything you want Eli smart, authentic Vietnamese please. I do wish they had appetizers but I like how they soup and a dry noodle dish, everything is amazing on the menu and I highly recommend going there. The price is also amazing as a sidenote, but I will go there even if it was more.

We stumbled upon this place as me and my family was just staying for one night to visit family as a viet person I love it . I love that this is a noodle soup place with the exception of Drinks
